For your child to participate in any CYSS program or activity on Fort McCoy, he/she must be registered through Parent Central Services, located in Building 1668, or start registration online.

Services

Babysitter referrals
Waitlist for Child Development Center (CDC) childcare
Parent education classes
Registration fees - As part of the Army Family Covenant, the CYS Services registration fee has been waived for all eligible children.

Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in CYSS programs, a child must be a dependent of:

Active duty military personnel
Appropriated Fund (APF) and Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) Department of Defense (DoD) civilian personnel
Reservist and National Guard personnel on active duty or during inactive duty training
DoD contractors

Pick up registration packet from Parent Central Services, Building 1668 or start the registration online at http://webtrac.mwr.army.mil/webtrac/mccoycyms.html

Please remember to bring appropriate documentation listed below

Required Documents for Registration:

Military/civilian identification card
Social security numbers for all family members
Child's current shot records
Copy of LES/pay statement for both sponsor and spouse
Health assessment (due within 30 days of registration)
Two local emergency designees with at least one telephone number for each

Registration will need to be renewed annually.

Fee Schedule

Army regulations require that fees will be determined based on a Total Family Income (TFI) sliding scale. Patron is required to supply current LES or pay statement for both sponsor and spouse.
