Fee Schedule

Army regulations require that fees will be determined based on a Total Family Income (TFI) sliding scale.  Patron is required to supply current LES or pay statement for both sponsor and spouse.  Click here for the Notification for Civilian Sponsors Utilizing DoD Subsidized Child Development Programs During Tax Year 2011.
