Attend the Fort McCoy Armed Forces Day Open House...find the Family Focus table and make a Thank You Card for a Veteran using rubber stamps or stickers!

- Each Family Focus Family member that makes a card receives 25 Family Focus Franks
- Pre-Registration is not required.

Good Stuff Journals (All Day)
Sharing the "Good Stuff" Journals
April and May, 2012

One way to increase resilience is to build optimism!
Increasing optimism can be accomplished by noticing and thinking about what is good. So, we invite you to build your optimism by picking up a journal from ACS for as many members of the Family that want to participate. In the age appropriate journals; draw, write, add photos, etc. about the “good stuff” in your life! The journals will be keepsakes for years to come!
Details
- Minimum one adult and one child to register
- Must be a registered Family Focus Family to participate
- Journals must be shown to ACS by Jun 8 in order to receive 75 Family Focus Franks per Family member

1,000 Lb Club (All Day)
1,000 lb Club - Rumpel Fitness Center - Ongoing Program
Participants will perform one rep of each (deadlift, squat and benchpress) in an attempt to achieve a total of 1,000 lbs (400 lbs for women). To participate, please schedule an appointment at the front desk.
CONSIDERATIONS/RULES:
- Lifters participate at their own risk
- 2 attempts will be given for each lift
- 60 second time limit for each lift attempt; timer starts after the bar is set and the lifter is ready
- Anatomical limitations (range of motion restrictions) must be demonstrated to judge
- Reckless lifts will not be counted. Weight must be controlled at all times…NO DROPPING WEIGHTS!!!
- Judge’s word is final
SUCCESSFUL TOTALS OF 1,000/400 LBS WILL EARN A FREE CLUB T-SHIRT!

The Army Family Advocacy Program Brief
Attention Commanders and Command Senior NCO Advisors
Army Regulation 608-18 mandates that all commanders and command senior NCO advisors receive a FAP brief within 90 days of assumption of command and annually thereafter.
