• Employee Assistance Program
  Employee Assistance Program (EAP) helps employees with personal problems that are impacting on their abilities to perform on the job.  Commanders, managers, union officials, and supervisors can consult with the Fort McCoy EAP professional to identify steps to assist a worker suffering from serious personal problems.
• Soldier and Employee Consultations
  Professional consultations and training on workplace wellness issues are available to assist Commanders and civilians in maintaining healthy lifestyles.
