Fort McCoy offers all three levels of the AFTB Program.  Each level is taught by a Master Trainer and assisted by Installation Subject Matter Experts.  Fort McCoy's AFTB Staff echoes the symbolic meaning of the AFTB Logo:  Commitment, support and development of the Army Family.

Fort McCoy Army Community Service is in the process of establishing an AFTB training schedule.  In order to meet community needs, we are surveying the local population to establish the best possible times to offer training.  Your cooperation in this needs assessment is greatly appreciated.

Army Family Team Building is an educational program designed to:

1.  Orient families new to the military.

2.  Progressively and sequentially educate Soldiers and spouses in order to build more   self-reliant, resilient families.

3.  Enhance family preparedness and soldiers/Army Readiness in the contingency Army of the future.
